Payment is accepted through Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Persons wishing to pay by certified check or money order should contact us                                                                                 .

 

Shipping

BrixLoft ships domestic only via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate which includes insurance coverage for the value of merchandise.  Your item will be shipped within 7-10 days from the date in which your order is placed.  Please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like to make arrangements for a rush delivery. See below for a list of flat-rate shipping charges:

Returns

We love happy BrixLoft customers!  If you experience a problem or would like to return your order for a full refund, simply contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase.  All merchandise must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.  Responsibility for shipping charges is determined on an individual basis.  Please contact us if you would like more information regarding shipping.

 

Product Care

To help maintain the life of your jewelry, Brixloft recommends:

Avoid contact with water or heavy perfumes.

Store jewelry in an airtight box or bag.

All precious metals will tarnish over time.  To clean your jewelry we recommend using Sunshine Cloth.
